Video installation, 2025. A short film (10 min) about Khandakar Selim’s collection and the demolition of his mud house. Shown at Jan Van Eyck Academie Open Studio, Maastricht, with an interactive station inviting visitors to write letters to the future community museum in Kelepara village, India.

Solo exhibition at Project 88 Mumbai, 2024. Watercolour paintings, drawings, and the short film A Collision in the Wind (15 min) — exploring grief, collective trauma, and the resilience of Muslim women in contemporary India.

The Sky in the house
Virtual reality film (ongoing). A 360° VR reconstruction of Khandakar Selim’s Kelepara mud house compound — preserving the demolished space as an interactive archive. Part of the long-term Museum on the Moon research project.

Dream Your Museum
Film and installation, Berlin Biennale for Contemporary Art 2022. Drawing on Khandakar Selim’s 47-year collecting practice — approximately 12,000 objects accumulated in his rural home — the work proposes a museum built from the margins: portable, nonlinear, and defiant of institutional authority.
